 Ο ΒΙΑΣΜΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΙΝΗΣ ΨΥΧΗΣ ΣΕ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΕΣ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΕΙΣ ΑΝΕΠΑΡΚΩΝ ΝΟΜΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΘΕΣΜΩΝ Ή ΑΠΟΔΟΜΗΤΙΚΗΣ ΑΣΚΗΣΗ ΝΟΜΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΘΕΣΜΩΝ ΣΤΟΝ ΠΟΛΙΤΙΣΜΟ ΜΑΣ ΔΗΜΙΟΥΡΓΕΙ ΜΙΑ ΠΑΓΚΟΣΜΙΑ ΨΥΧΩΣΗ-ΝΕΥΡΩΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΑΛΛΟΤΡΙΩΣΗ ΚΥΡΙΩΣ ΛΟΓΩ ΠΑΡΑΒΙΑΣΗΣ ΤΩΝ  ΑΚΟΜΑ ΜΗ ΕΠΑΡΚΩΣ ΑΝΑΓΝΩΡΙΣΜΕΝΩΝ  5 ΒΑΣΙΚΩΝ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΙΝΩΝ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΩΝ

Παρουσιάζουμε τα μη αναγνωρισμένα  5 βασικά ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα

ΤΑ 5 ΒΑΣΙΚΑ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΙΝΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ

(Η ΑΡΧΗ ΤΩΝ ΑΤΟΜΙΚΩΝ ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΙΩΝ)

Η αρχή αυτή είναι βασική, καθώς καθορίζει την κοινωνία να λειτούργει χωρίς να παραβιάζονται οι ατομικές ελευθερίες. Οι 7 βασικές ατομικές ελευθερίες είναι

1.1) Η πνευματική ελευθερία (ανεξιθρησκία)

1.2) H ελευθερία πολιτικών αποφάσεων (Δημοκρατία)

1.3) Η εκφραστική- δημιουργική ελευθερία (ελευθερία λόγου)

1.4) Η ηθική ελευθερία (ελευθερία από τον φόβο)

1.5) Η οικονομική ελευθερία (ελευθερία από την ανάγκη)

1.6) Η φυσική ελευθερία (πράξεων, δράσης).

1.7) Η ελευθερία της ατομικής ιδιοκτησίας (έχειν).

Αυτές οι έλευθερίες ειναι συσχετισμενες με τα 5 βασικα δικαιωματα καθε ανθρωπου

1) ΦΥΣΙΚΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ

Κανενας ανθρωπος , ουτε η κοινωνία δεν μπορει να υποδουλωση η φυλακιση καποιον αλλον ανθρωπο, εκτος αν ειναι ποινη για εγκλημα μετα απο αμεροληπτη δικη. Σε καμμια περιπτωση δεν επιτρέπονται βασανιστηρια σε καποιον ειτε για εκδικηση ειτε με την δικαιολογια της εθνικης ασφάλειας. Επίσης με βαση τον ορκο του Ιπποκρατη κανεις δεν μπορει να αναγκαση καποιον σε μια συγκεκριμεμνη μορφη ιατρικης θεραπειας οταν υπαρχει εναλλακτικη που το ατομο προτιμα.

2) ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ

2.1) Δεδομενης τη καταργησης του κανονα του χρυσου, καθε ανθρωπος εχει αμεσο ατομικο και ονομαστικο δικαιωμα , χωρις δανεισμο, στα χρηματα που εκδιδονται απο οποιον οργανισμο, υπουργειο η κεντρικη τραπεζα και αν εκδιδονται. Το δικαιωμα αυτο ειναι αναλογο του αυτοματου δικαιωματος στην ασφαλιση της υγειας.

2.2) Καθε ανθρωπος, ως κληρονομος του πολιτισμου που ειναι δημιουργημα των προηγουμενων γενιων, εχει δικαιωμα , ως μετρο βασικης ελευθεριας επιβιωσης απο γεννησης του μεχρι θανατου του, σε ενα ελαχιστο επιδομα επιβιωσης, για τροφη, ρουχα, στεγη και μετακινηση. Και αυτο το δικαιωμα ειναι αναλογο του αυτοματου δικαιωματος στην ασφαλιση της υγειας.

3) ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ ΣΤΙΣ ΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΚΕΣ ΑΠΟΦΑΣΕΙΣ (ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ ΑΜΕΣΗΣ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑΣ)

Καθε ανθρωπος εχει οχι μονο δικαιωμα στις πολιτικες ψηφοφοριες με ισους ορους με ολους του αλλους, αλλα και εχει δικαιωμα σε αμεση εκφραση της αποφασης του μεσω αμεσης ψηφοφοριας (αμεση, οχι αντιπροσωπευομενη δημοκρατια) σε καθε πολιτικη αποφαση και δημιουργια καινουργιων νομων μεσω δημοψηφισματων , ιδιως σε αυτες τις αποφασεις που τον αφορουν αμεσα χωρις την μεσολαβηση αντιπροσωπων (κομματα , βουλευτες και κυβερνησεις).

4) ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΑΚΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ (Απορρητο ιδιωτικων δεδομενων)

Καθε ανθρωπος δικαιουται το απορρητο της πληροφοριας της ιδιωτικης του ζωης, για λογους αναλογους της μυστικοτητας της πολιτικης ψηφοφοριας. Σε καμμια περιπτωση με την δικαιολογια της εθνικης ασφαλειας δεν επιτρεπεται μαζικη παραβιαση αυτου, χωρις δικαστικη αποφαση που μπορει να ισχυει μονο για ατομικες μεμονωμενες και πολυ ολιγαριθμες περιπτωσεις.

5) ΜΕΤΑΦΥΣΙΚΑ ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑΤΑ (ΑΝΕΞΙΘΡΗΣΚΕΙΑ)

Σε κανενα ανθρωπο δεν μπορει να επιβαλει , η κοινωνια η οι θεσμοι η αλλα ατομα ηθικη του τυπου πως η πνευματικη οδος η η οδος της εξελιξης της ψυχικης συνειδησης του ανθρωπου περνα αποκλειστικα απο μια συγκεκριμμενη θρησκεια, η ιστορικο ατομο η απουσα υπαρξη ορατη η αορατη. Καθε ανθρωπος ενθαρρυνεται να ειναι σε επαφη με την βαθυτερη ψυχη του το πνευμα του και την συνειδηση του, αλλα μονο οταν συλλογικα αυτες συγκλινουν τοτε η κοινωνια και ο πολιτισμος ευημερει πραγματικα.

Δεν υπάρχει αξιοπρέπεια και αξία σε έναν πολιτισμό που θέλει να θεωρείται μη τυραννικός εάν δεν γίνονται σεβαστά τα παραπάνω 5 ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα. Η παραβίαση των παραπάνω ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων έστω και έμμεσα και με απρόσωπο στατιστικό τρόπο θα κάνει έναν τέτοιο πολιτισμό τυραννικό που βιάζει την ανθρώπινη ψυχή. Ο σεβασμός των παραπάνω 5 ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων είναι κατά βάση μεγαλύτερη αξία από την ευκαιρία να συσσωρεύσει κεφάλαιο και να έχει κάποιος ετσι εξουσία πάνω σε άλλα άτομα στην κοινωνία ή να αναπτυχθεί τεχνολογία που θα κάνει πάλι μια μειοψηφία να έχει εξουσία πάνω στην πλειοψηφία. Ειδικά όταν η διαδικασία συσσώρευσης κεφαλαίου ή ανάπτυξης και εφαρμογής της νέας τεχνολογίας παραβιάζει τα παραπάνω 5 ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα και έτσι βιάζει την ανθρώπινη ψυχή.

 THE RAPING OF THE HUMAN SOUL IN VARIOUS SITUATIONS OF INADEQUATE LAWS AND  INSTITUTIONS OR REGRESSIVE EXCERCISE OF LAWS AND INSTITUTIONS IN OUR CIVILIZATION  CREATES A GLOBAL PSYCHOSIS-NEUROSIS  AND ALIENATION  RELATED TO THE VIOLATION OF THE NEXT UNRECOGNIZED 5 BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS 

We present  the  UNNOTICED 5 basic human rights

 

1) PHYSICAL  RIGHTS

No man, nor society, can imprison anyone  unless it is punishment  for a crime after impartial trial. In any case, no torture is permissible for anyone either for retaliation or with the excuse of national security. Similarly no one can force to someone a specific form of healing when there are alternatives that the person prefers.  

 

 

2) ECONOMIC RIGHTS 

 

2.1) Given the abolition of the rule of gold, each person has a direct and individual right by his name, without borrowing, on any money issued by any organization, like ministry of finance or central bank etc. This right is analogous to the automatic right to health insurance.

 

2.2) Everyone, as a heir of the civilization which has been created by the the previous generations, is entitled, as a measure of basic freedom of survival , from the day of birth till the day of death, to a minimum subsistence allowance of survival, for food, clothing, shelter and transport. And this right is analogous to the automatic right to health insurance.

 

 

3) RIGHTS IN SOCIAL DECISIONS (POLITICAL RIGHTS OF THE DIRECT DEMOCRACY)

 

Every person and citizen  has not only the right to vote in politics  in equal terms with each other, but also has the right to express his or her direct voter's decision (direct, not representative democracy) in any political decision, particularly those concerning him directly , without the mediation of representatives (political parties, parliaments, senates  and governments).

 

4) INFORMATION RIGHTS (privacy of personal data, public data transparency)

 

Everyone is entitled to the secrecy of privacy and personal  information, for reasons similar to the secrecy of political polls. In no case a massive national scale  violation of it is to be allowed , through the internet or other ways, to do so without a judicial decision, which may apply only to particular individual and only very few individual cases. On the other hand no institution or organization has the right to hide from the public, or the state information significant for the collective function of the society (e.g. information about owners of the central banks, and details of how , when and with what transactions, money is issued and circulated)

 

5) METAPHYSICAL  RIGHTS (freedom of religion or religions)

 

No one , the society or institutions etc can impose on a person without his consent a morality  of the type, that the spiritual path or the path of evolution of the human consciousness  passes exclusively through a particular religion, or  historical person or an absent   existence or the small group of existences visible the invisible. Everyone is encouraged to be in contact with his deeper spirit and soul consciousness, but only when these collectively converge, then the society and civilization actually prospers.

 

a) Psychiatrist claim that humanity is suffering from a psychosis and neurosis which is a form of strong alienation (loss of the human deeper   soul-self).

 b) This alienation is the product of the powerful interference in the individual that violate he above 5 human rights by the centers and institutions of power of an escalating totalitarianism and escalating inequalities. Politicians decide the fate of the person instead of the person himself political rights of the direct democracy, Banks or employers decide for his economic survival violating his economic human right of universal basic income, The state medical pandemic measures decide for his health while the person cannot choose the form of treatment he wants (Hippocrates oath) violating his physical human right.  The state secretly spies in the individuals violating their privacy human right etc.

c) The healing comes through the individual's freedom from these centers of  power which also means a reduction of the inequalities of power. So through increasing self-responsibility the individual can find his true deep soul-self again. the individual can choose his fate (direct democracy) the forms of healing that he prefers (preventive medicine) . He has  economic survival (decentralized digital currencies that provide the universal basic income) and can decide freely what to do in his work (collaborative and cooperative forms of entrepreneurship. 

d) The health of self-responsibility comes when the person follows his deepest immortal soul but also his mortal soul rather than   external impersonal material or personified center of authority. The unity of the civilization is a unity of principles and values of incarnated souls.

 There is no decency , and value in a civilization which wants to be considered non-tyrannic if  the above 5 human rights are not respected. The violation of the above human rights even indirectly and with an impersonal statistical way will make such a civilization tyrannical that rapes the human soul. The respect of the above 5 human rights is by fat a higher value than the opportunity to accumulate capital and have power over other people in the Society or develop technology which again will make a minority to have power over the majority. Especially when the process of accumulation of capital or development and application of the new technology violates the above 5 human rights thus rapes the human soul.
